Ocean Dunes & Seascape

Our Ocean Dunes and Seascape buildings have rooms that are ocean front. Our ocean front rooms afford a breathtaking view of the ever changing Atlantic.  These rooms have either two queen-sized beds or one king-sized bed. They have a refrigerator, coffee pot and private balcony with a sliding glass door that faces directly toward the ocean.  At the end of your day there is a particular pleasure in retiring to a comfortable bed with the ocean at your pillow.

The Bayberry

Our Bayberry building has rooms that are ocean view.  Our ocean view rooms are all located on the second floor of the Bayberry building and have balconies that face a northeasterly direction towards the water, hence ocean view - NOT ocean front. There are also rooms on the first floor that have no view of the water.

All of the rooms in the Bayberry have two queen-sized beds also a refrigerator, coffee pot and a sliding glass door that opens up to a private balcony.

The Beach Plum

Our Beach Plum building has rooms that face a side street, New York Avenue. The rooms in the Beach Plum have either one queen-sized bed, or two double beds.

Our queen rooms have one queen-sized bed. The room has a table and two chairs, TV and a telephone. This room accommodates a maximum of two people.

The other room type in this building has two double beds. These rooms have a table and two chairs, TV, telephone and a refrigerator.
