Rates based on double occupancy.
Charge for additional people in rooms- $10 per person, per night.
No Charge for children under one year old.

Policy
Reservations and Deposits: One night's deposit is required for all reservations. A deposit guarantees for you that we will hold the space as outlined in the reservation request and for us that you will take the entire period booked. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.

Special requests are noted but not guaranteed.

Minimum Reservation Stay: 2 nights

Payment: Balance is due on day of arrival. All transactions are made in cash or Travelers Checks.

Cancellations: Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 10 days prior to arrival date. This includes credit card deposits. There is a 10% service charge on all cancellations received prior to 10 days of arrival date.
